2. **Misprinted or Low-Quality Items:** In the rare event that your art print is misprinted or of low quality, we are committed to making it right for you. Please contact us on the home page within 14 days of receiving your order to report any issues. We may request photographic evidence to assess the problem.
3. **Return Process:** If your art print is deemed misprinted or of low quality, we will provide instructions for returning the item. Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order. Upon receipt of the returned item, we will either issue a refund or send a replacement, depending on your preference and the availability of the item.
4. **Condition of Returned Items:** To be eligible for a refund or replacement, the returned art print must be in its original condition, unused, and in the same packaging as received.
5. **Non-Returnable Items:** Personalized or customized art prints, as well as digital downloads, are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they are misprinted or of low quality.
